Legal Question in Investment Law in India
suggestion
I have invested 4000 rs. in adventure country resort and
recived a preference share worth Rs.4000.it would be doubled in 5 years about Rs.9600. but now I am not finding their place where to go and encash that voucher.please give me proper advice and tell me that is there is any hope for getting that money back or that was fraud. please give me suggestion as soon as as possible.
