Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have given my 1 RK flat in Mumbai, India, on L&L for 11 months, which is valid upto 30.04.11. I had registered the L&L agreement. Now, My tenant has requested for extension of further 11 months. Do I have to enter into a new agreement & register again ? or I can extend the earlier registered agreement for next 11 months ?
