Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Can the court order vacate the house when the main person is out of station and only the main person's son who is aged 20 - 22 and other relatives (whose name are not mentioned in the rent control act) are at the residence? If yes then under which Cr PC/IPC and if not then under which Cr PC/IPC
