Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir,
we are belonging to lower middle class family been residing in a rented house more than 100 years trimulgherry secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh India. our landlord never did any repairs to the house it is kaccha house . when ever we ask him to sell the property to us they tell they will come n do the deal but they never turn up but told as if v want we can construct the house now that we had taken loan n after great difficulty we are constructing house, they are calling us from there home town Pondycherry how can u construct. please help us we invested lot of hard earning money . what we have to do please kindly help us
