Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir / Madam,
If we have reached a settlement agreement with the tenant in getting the property (used for education / school) vacated within a year and the tenant does not follow / obey the settlement and is not vacating. What are the options for the owner?
