Dear Sir/Madam,
My Uncle is an NRI(UK).He has got a House in Mohali Punjab India which was given to tenats Mr Hitesh Pathak of Banga.Mr Hitesh Pathak has sublet my Uncle's House to his brother Mr Ritesh Pathak.Hitesh Pathak has vacated the House but has not given the Rent For more than 1 Year and also damage my Uncle's House also.Please suggest how to get the rent and Damaged things price from them
