Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My home in Pagadi system. My family want to shift another home which i own another place. Our chawl is going in construct in sra building after few months.If we shifted another place before demolation can we loose our at present home.pls suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,
As long as you do not transfer to another person / surrender your tenancy right in your present home back to the landlord, you do not lose your right on the present home.
