ones land aquaired by g i d c and thay did not use it more than ten years any possibilities that farmer can back this land?

No. The ownership of land, after acquisition, vests with the concerned authority, if the compensation amount has been received by the original land owner.

If the state of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation(G.I.D.C.)has acquired your land and not used for any purpose then you can write initially to the Commissioner of G.I.D.C to return your land in a very formal way of approach.If you did not get a proper response then you can file a petition in the land grabbing and acquisition court,you may get back your land if it was unused for a period of more than five years.
