landlord issue

can a single individual have multiple flats named on him in landlordship buildings in mumbai.

and he is living in one of the flat and the other flats are occupied by his family members with

his permission, can landlords take legal action against him? and if landlord can, plz guide the legal solution for the family members who r residing on the other flat named on him n if possible kindly provide some favourable reply

Sure he can as far as he is legally paying the rent he can occupy and let occupy other flats untill landlord does not have any problem.
