Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

hi lawguru my landlord(Mr. Nanda) sold the his shops(only token money has been taken) without informing me & without any notification. so i filed a case n got stay order from court. but now my landlord blaming on me that i m not giving the rent from the last 3&half yrs. actuly owner of the shop is Smt. sneh vohra & Mr nanda claimng that he has a GPA of the shops. i hv the 1st starting rent aggriment of the shops on 3 rupees stamp paper n when i was submitting it along with my case papers i noticed that rent aggriment didnt have any notiry stamp n signatures. & someone told me that Smt. sneh vohra was died on 2000 & GPA is the fake one. i never meet Mrs vohra in my whole life. on the time of rent aggriment Mr. nanda told me that she is ill & living in delhi my shop is in faridabad(haryana) but now in court he told that she is in canada. how can i safe my self plz guide me on that case how can i proof my self. i have the voice recording of Mr. nanda in my cell ph in which i commiting that he didnt have any problem with my rent payment suiduel. is it legal proof to show in court? my advocate told me that its not a legal proof. plz guide me my next date is on 9/10/09 how can i proof that i always paid my rent on tome & how can i proof that the GPA is fake or made by fraud?

If GPA is a registered deed, you can apply for a certified copy and ensure that the document is genuine.

you can submit before court to supply you a copy of GPA and can submit that you have paid the amount, but what proofs you have is your responsibility.
