Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

i am living in a house which is on padgi system. i am the only daughter of my parents. my questions are as follows:

1) will i have a right on the house after i get married and move out of the house?

2) is it true that the landlord can order the tenant to vacate the house if the tenant has another house in his name?

3) this house is an my fathers name. my mother wants to buy a flat for investment. can having a flat in her name be gorunds for vacating this house?

u have a right in the house even though u married. as the house is under pagdi system, the landlord has to show his bonafide requirement to vacate you off the premises. u need not worry as the landlord has to follow due process of law to take possession. in the meantime, you may keep visiting the house even after your parents shift out.

the landlord can file a suit showing that he needs house for his own use and tenant has an alternative accomodation i.e bonafide requirement.
