Low Rent of commercial property
sir, having a old property constructed in 1940 at hyderabad. All the tenants are paying just rs 100 only as rent. They are Tenants for more than 25 years . please help how to increase th rent as present rate is 30-40,000/ month. What does the term RENT.CONTROL mean. Is there any law to help me

Consult a local lawyer with details.However,it is not permissible in law to increase the rent tosuch an extent.Generally law permits 10% increase after every three years.
