Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
owner got the verdict favoring him. Tenant has to vacate the shop with in three months. EP was pending before the court. Tenant went for appeal and the status of the appeal is reserved for judgment. No decision has been pronounced. What could be done at this stage?
