purchase agreement between landlord and tenant

points to be included in a landlord and tenant agreement where tenant is to give possession of the premises for the land lord to constrcut the building and let out the premises on sale to the tenant and whether the change of receipt in name of the tenant is required if the tenant was a partner in the firm and the receipt wasd previously issued in name of the firm and if yes what amopunt is legally payable

you can enter into agreement to this effect on a stamp paper of Rs.100/- and can get the same notarised or registered with registrar.Rest depends upon you and landlord and mutual understanding.

what kind of agreement are you talking about ... sale or rental agreement .. you cannot do both in one.
