tenant refusing to vaccate intamil nadu chennai

my tenent is refusing to vacate and gone to court.

if i dispose the house will the tenent lose his tenency?

can i demolish my house as i am the owner and the tenent has only the house in tenency and when the house is not in existence he has to go. am i right/

(a) You may not demolish the house during pendency of the case or even while the tenant is there;

(2) You may dispose of the house; but the buyer may also evict the tenant only in accordance with law.

Demolition or sale of the house are not options for eviction of tenant, more particularly when he has already gone to the court. you may need to defend your case properly.

You are not allowed to dispose off the property when the case is pending.
