Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

I was duly selected in an IT company after clearing the interview. I have left my old job and the new company is refusing to employ

I was given an offer letter after my selection. I resigned my old job and told the new company that I will join in the 2nd week of august. The HR said that they have to prepare a new offer letter just t change the month from July to august and asked m to go for a client interview. Unfortunately I could not clear the client interview. So now that company is refusing me to employ.

During the mail interactions it was never mentioned that my job depends on the client interview. But now they are saying that the only post they had was the one with the client where I couldn't clear the interview

Because of this, I lost my salary of august moth and now I am totally job less. Since my job was confirmed, I didn't even try to look for another job.

I'm afraid that even if I make hem give me the job, they ma try to implicate me falsely rendering me jobless again.Please suggest what I should do?

File a petition before the court to reinstatement in your job. I am sure you'll get the desire result.
