Legal Question
my grandfather father passed away before 30 years. he was born in 1901. no records found for birth. I got the certificate from mamlatdar saying no record found. He have a house and some land in India. I wanted to obtain Domicile Certificate which I needed for my OCI purpose. How can i obtain this certificate as he is not alive
