Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in India

A suit was filed by me for contempt of court in the high court of mumbaiand was decided in my favour.
The order was "The only way to purge the contempt is to bring back the property bin the petition or its present market value." The respondent has deposited the present market value with the coutr but do not want the value of the property.I want my land back.The final order was "as the respondent has deposited the bank draft the matter is purged."
How can I reverse thai order to get my land back
Do I have to make an appeal OR Do I have to file another suit
I can mail the court orders

you may have to file a petition in the supereme court at new delhi. an SLP needs to be filed challenging the order of the high court of Mumbai
