Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India

Hello,

My brother is expired because of doctors fake assurance and lack of medical instruments.

Brief Story:

My brother is having acute pancreatities but doctors are not able to found the right cause in right time. They are doing experiments on him and main thing is that they gave me wron assurance that they will treat him very well and they have experienced serjeon but at a critical moment they told me to shift patient to multi-speciality hospital. And after we moved to that hospital they found that he is having acute necrotising pancreatities and is in last stage.. They also tried, did 2 major surgeries but they are not successfull.

Hence I am thinking that to go for medical negligence against first doctor those gave me fake assurance...

My deciscion is right or wrong pleaes let me know ASAP..

after taking the written opinion about the treatment in the first hospital from the second hospital you may file the complaint in consumer court for defficiency in service and claim compensation
