i buy a vehcle. after some month i sold the vehcle. the vehcle got accident. at that time the vehcle will be in my name.i have only delvery note.now what will i do?

You may also be liable for making the payment of compensation by MACT. If you are to pay any compensation as per the order of MACT, you may file a suit against the buyer claiming the amount.

You should inform the local police as also the registering authority by sending a copy of the delivery note.

You may have a good defence in court if the victims file a case before M.A.C.T. For the purposes of MVA, delivery note may be sufficient to prove "transfer" of the vehicle even the vehicle is still in your name.
