Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

sir,

i beg to say that i am a resident of kurukshetra . my brother is running a shop on rent since last 20 years .one day the owner asked my brother to purchase the shop in 50 lakhs rupees.on his request my brother demanded the original document of the shop but he said the document is misplaced and i will write you on a stamp paper that you have purchased the shop .we doubt on his opinion and we enquired about their land and a person dinesh kumar told us that this shop is built on a drain and is illegal.we enquired from the public health department,municipal council,rail department and tahsildar and found the shop illegal. we asked the owner to surrender the land to the goverenment but he threatned to kill us if his land is lost .after that he filed a case on us to vacate the shop.i have many document that proves that possession is illegal .

respected sir we want to know that can we file a pil because this is a illegal possession on government land amd no department taking any action on this illegal possession

A PIL is not maintainable being a private dispute. You may implead the government as a party to his eviction petition. Read more on Indian laws on my website www.karvai.in.
