Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

1.To make a registered will of my father for acquiring all his property, do I have to get my brothers and sisiters signatures,

2.Can my brothers later on come up to claim this property.saying my father made this registered will when he was not in his senses. I am asking this because presently my father has been losing his memory quite often.

It will always be good to get signatures of your brothers and sisters on the will as witnesses to the will so that they may not challenge the will at a later stage for any reason.
