banning bachelors by Housing society

can MC of Hsg Soc ban members from renting their houses to bachelors ? is this not divide and hatred against section of society ? Forcing eviction of tenants and giving deadlines if they are bachelors, is it not intimidation and threat, punishable under ipc ? Is it now members right to decide whom to let his flat ? who pays for the loss in rent ?

You may seek appropriate remedy against the decision taken by the society; the decision may be challenged before the RCS or in civil court.

NO.Right of entry into a private property can be reserved by the owner. In public properties, such a rule is a violation.
