Your query is not very clear.

However, the laws for owning a property by an Indian in an Indian Island within the sovereign territory of India are more or less the same as are prevalent in India, governed by the Indian Transfer of Property Act.

In case of a foreign national, the laws are the same, save that necessary permission to do so may be required to be taken from the Reserve Bank of India.
