buying a new house

Sir, I am planning to buy a property in Nerul area of Navi Mumbai. The builder has informed me taht apart from teh flat cost and registration / stamp duty I need to pay CIDCO transfer charges as well as some MSEB, Water & society transfer charges @ Rs.150 sqft. I am completely clueless about this. I have searched throuh various sites but not able to know about the rate of these charges. Can anyone help me what are these charges and what is the rate of these charges. How do I make sure whhat he is asking is actual rate?The built up area of the flat os 910 sq ft.

well the transfer fees is calculated on the land price. the best thing you can do is contact a sub-registrar office so you can find every information.
