Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am buying a land from my sister who has 5 daughters (married) and one son (married). I want to ask whether i can make gift deed registration as it will save me money. My question is what possible problems will I face if any of her kids want to trouble me in future. Can my sister cancel the deed on her own if I "accept" it?

unless your sister is absolute owner of the property i.e. it is her self acquired property, she cannot gift the same to you without express consent of her daughters and son.
