conveyance

we are residing in borivali in mubai in a society which is 30 years old but we haven't got conveynce from the builder till now pls tell me how to obtain it & what is the procedure & what are the charges actually builder has developed 7 soicety's together in ther same area in 1978 in which our society is one of them so pls guide as how to obtain seperate conveynce from the builder

The claim of specific performance appears to be time barred.

You may consider instituting a suit for declaration that your society became owner by prescription i.e. having in possession and enjoying an immovable property for more than 12 years as owners.
