Co-operative Society maintanance
I bought two flats in a society and merge it to make one big flat at the time of construction.

We have only one door,one electric meter,
How much maintanance society can charge to us.
(maintanance for single flat is Rs.500/month)

1) double -- Rs.1000
2) Single -- Rs.500
3) 1.5 -- Rs.750

For two flats i.e.Rs.1000/-.

What does record reflect - one flat or two flat? If as per records, 2 flats, then you are liable to pay maintenence for 2 flats.

If this is the case, you may consider approaching local authority i.e. municipality to amalgamte both flats into one flat.
