Dear Sirs/ Madam ,

Can other brothers sale dead father's porperty ( intestate ) after one brother release his right by registred deed of relinquishment in their favour ?

Both father & mother were dead since 10 years ago. Property is in their fathers name. Father gifted that particular property while alive to one of the brother who recently relinquished in other brothers favour. Can it be legally valid to purchase that property from other brothers ?

Your advised to get a due diligence conducted on the property title, before purchasing.

Since other than gift and reliquishment issues there are many other aspect you need to verify before purchasing a property.

If all the documents mentioned by you in your question are genuine and executed and registered by the parties then you can go ahead to purchase the same from the seller.
