elderly person with 75 years donot have legal heir, got a property,thro' partison deed from his father.

since saledeed by him will take some time,i wanted to make a settlement deed in favour of his brothers' son and later stage i will buy from his brother's son. will it be correct?

settlement deed can not be maid to a brothers son. only a blood relative can make a settlement deed..in your case you better make a will in favour of your title holders brothers son. and later make a sale deed.. but by advise is to make a sale deed straightly to and in favour of you,
