Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my family has thrown me forcefully from my ancestral property six months before,because i do a love marriage,i m a single son in family,having younger sister also,my father get all property and money from my grandparents he havnt do any self earning.he has a selfish motive and always says that after his death he ll give everything to me,plz help me what should i do to get my share in my hand?

you may file a suit for partition and seek a stay against the property and against your father. you may seek partition by metes and bounds.
