Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

This is a follow-up question to my earlier query. We are 3 sisters and 2 brothers and brothers are enjoying all the property. My brothers have all the property documents for the properties of my dad and I have no knowledge of those. Recently, one of my brother sold some properties without our consent and bought sites in his, wife's and children's name. So when I file a suit for partition, are these sites included in the partition? What documents are required to file a partition suit? Thanks in advance.
