Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I'd like some general information regarding making a Power of Attorney in India (Mumbai). I want to know how to create a POA, how to revoke a POA. Can anyone do this or do I need a lawyer ? If a POA has been created on my behalf by an unscrupulous person in India of which I don't have a copy, can I revoke this with a new POA ?

For POA, lawyer is required and furhter you can cancel the earlier POA and give to someother person or simply take the rights in your hand.

Making another POA does not cancel earlier one.

Cancellation or Revocation of PoA depends on nature thereof.

Consult your lawyer.

yes, you can revoke the earlier POAs by executing a cancellation document and you may mention about the cancellation in your new POA. you need to serve the notice of cancellation upon the person holding unauthorized POA.
