Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Does grandson willbe having any rights on Grandmother's property which she and her only son sold it for the sake of son's marriage, which happend 20-25 years back. Which happened before his (grandson) birth.
Grandmother still alive, father expired after few years, grandson's age 22 year.
