Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

As per your guidance and advice in ref:yIwvs5q8Lw, i had issued notice to my brothers whereby today they had replied to me by the following paragraph:"MY CLIENT AND THEIR DECEASED FATHER HAVE NO CONTACTS WITH THEM AS HER HUSBAND MR.AHMED WAS INVOLVED IN SEVERAL CASES RELATED TO DISHONOUR OF CHEQUES, CASES AND HAS ALSO BEEN ARRESTED FOR THE SAME IN THE YEAR 2000.BECAUSE OF THESE REASONS MY CLIENTS AND THEIR DECEASED FATHER HAVE CUT OFF ALL THE TIES WITH THEM"
Please advice as my husband can move the criminal court to punish them, of course he was engulfed with false cases and he had successfully fought it out and was acquited and taking the matter of one decade old will it will effect my prospect of fighting for my right as they had narrated all false as my father was very well in touch with me. I am being a girl child and away from my parental house my brothers are not only ill treating me but also my husband who had taken care of me and is all out to help me in fulfilling my right and even in bad times he did not went to my parents to ask help as he fought it out all on his own. Please advice.?
