Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I have bought a new flat in a redevelopment project. There are around 14 old members and 10 new members.The locality is Andheri West. The society charging new members a lumpsum of 25,000 as transfer fees. Is this legal?

Yes. Society may charge upto 25000/-.
