Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hi,
i have puchased a house on resale and the registration is done two weeks back.but now i came to know that there is a loan pending in the name of the builder on the land where the building is constructed. so i want to cancel the registration. ps advise me on the cancellaton procedures

In sale agrement, it is clearily mentioned that all the loan or any tax etc if anything is pending then seller will be liable, you can file case to recover that amount or for direction.

You may refer to the "idemnity", if any, clause in your sale deed and take suitable legal action.
