Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

hi..i have purchased 3 cents of land from my neighbour inorder to have a pathway for vehicle access to the main road and so did other 3 relatives of mine in the same locality from the same neighbour of mine as all 4 live nearby . The original deed of this is still held by the same neighbour but as we all paid money, we were provided with the photo copy of the deed which mentions to provide us with 3.5 m road access to the gate of my house . but now i find that the neighbour has at places either grown trees or created obstacles and reduced our road to just 2.7 m which restricts free movement of my car inside the compound . the original deeds is still held by the same neighbour from whom we bought it .it has not been registered as its a shared pathway . what should i do to regain 3.5 metre access to the shared road as promised in the deed

You send notice to the neighbour through an advocate and ask him to clear the obstacles and handover the land to you.
