Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I wish to ask will it be legal for the person living a floor above to do construction on the balcony shed which is been supported by pillars but they weren't design to hold the weight of a room but only the cover (sun shed)

Any Legal Help ?

take permission from society or mcd if its allowed no problem

if u do without them till no body raise objection no issues

after that it may and the max they will do is they will destroy the construction
