Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I'm hindu, married, working and father of two minor childrens. I purchased a flat few years back in my name by taking a Housing Loan from Bank. The loan is still continuing. Can my parents, brother or sister put any kind of claim on this flat at any point of time ?

Not in the given situation as per facts given by you. However, to ward off any future problem, you may consider executing a will excluding them from any rights in your property.
