Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have a house in my grandfather's name. He had 5 sons and 2 daughters. 2 of their sons sons died even when he was alive-they have children. My grandfather and grandmother also expired. He did not leave a will and that house is his self earned property.

How will the property be divided? Who is eligible to the property and who is not? Please advice. We think it is the 3 sons and 2 daughters who are alive. Is it so? Are grandchildren and great grandchildren also eligible and if so by what proportion?

All the 5 sons and 2 daughters are the legal heirs of your grand fathers property. Those 2 sons who have predeceased your Grand father ,there children and wives would get one share each which belong to there fathers.
