Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Iam only son of my parents (Hindu) . Married with a daughter 4 years old. My parents stay in one of their flats and we stay in another flat belonging to them in the same building. They do not want to keep any relation with us and even have not wished to see my daughter for the last 4 years. Now they are asking me to vacate their flat and have said that I have no right to their property. Can they deprive from their property.

as per law, if the flat was purchased by your parents and they do not want you to stay in that property, they can evict you through courts of law. but if the property is joint family property or HUF, then you have a right to stay unless the properties are partitioned. read more on property laws at my website www.karvai.in.
