Dear Sir / Madam,

(Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra)

Juni sharat literally means "old conditions". It is possible that there are certains terms and conditions on which the title of the land has been transferred for instance, title cannot be transferred to any third person for the next 10 years. It is advisable that you check with the Registrar of Land Revenue for the terms and conditions on the title of the land.
