am not aware if any lawyer stated anything of that sort. however, in case you citing a law of Kerala High Court, it has to be upheld by the Supreme Court. unless the law is laid down by the Supreme Court, it cannot have a universal application in the territory of india. moreover, land laws differ from state to state. the law is dynamic and not static.
