leave and license

please advice me is it compulsory that you can give your ownership flat to a family only on leave and license or you can give to company or bank or any firm also.or family of a company staff.

A leave and license can be entered into with any person whether natural person or a legal person. In simple words you can freely enter into a leave and license agreement with any individual or a body corporate withour any restrictions. Please revert if you need any further clarifications.

No.it is not compulsary.you are free to give it to any body like bank etc.

Normally there is no restriction on giving flat on leave and license basis to anybody.

However, you need to check local rent laws for the risks involved.
