Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I had made sale deed for purchase of flat and makes payment for that but before it proceeds that person with wife died in accident leaving two daughters one major and one minor now society says they need sucession certificate for that in name of two daughters but one got 4 yrs to become major, no one got objection for deed not guardian nor daughters but what is the easiest way to trnf flat early as possible ,do i got any risk in transfering flat if daughters object later on

first elder sister has to apply for guardianship. After that major sister can sign the deed on her behalf and behalf of minor sister
