Memorandum of Past Transaction
Our Dad left a joint property a peice of valuble Land, My mother was gifted some property by her father.
After My dad passed away . My Mother and Brother sold the Joint property for his need mother agreed to give me her property given in gift as in exchnage . this was only an oral agreement.
10 years later by lawyers advise i have prepared a Memorandum of Past Transaction and both mother and me have signed the agreement .
but this is not registered . Now my brother through my mother claims whole of that property aswel
what is my remedy

It is possible for you to claim the whole of the property or not. It all depends on the terms of the deed. Send the deed copy for lawyer's advise. email: [email protected]
Fight out in court in accordance with law.
