Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Mr. A was allotted a residential property by Noida Development Authority. Mr. A let out the property to Mr. B for runinning a hospital (for eye care) & lease deed has been signed. now Mr. B wants to get the lease deed registered. however, NDA has denied to get lease deed registered saying that the property allotted in noida is leasehold and as per rules the same cannot be sub leased out. please suggest.

Yes NDA is right same cannot be sub leased

If sub-lease is completely forbidden, find out whether a Leave & License Agreement is permissible and B is willing to proceed with that.
