Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My parents (who are now no more) own multiple properties in their own names. Me and my brother are the sole heirs. My brother is completely against splitting the property and also very un co-operative in settling the issue even when better portion offered to him. The properties are in our parents name even after 12 years of their death. Please propose actions.
