Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My parents having several properties and the properties were earned only by my grand father. After his death, my father and his brother shared the property with the help of my grand mother without giving any shares to their sisters during 1992. I am married daughter (married 1997)having two brothers and a sister all were got married. During March 2012 my brothers & parents insisted to sign a sales deed during March 2012 without telling the cost of sale, reason of sale even not to read the document and got signature (in the registered office) with out giving any share. After leaving my parents home my husband conducted the buyer and I knew the sold cost ie., Rs.15.00 lakhs. Further I came to know from my relatives that my father and my brothers made another sale agreement (without connecting me). Any time my brother will call me to sign the sale deed as was done earlier. But my husband inform me to dont take any call from them and i followed the same. It is understand that my parents and brothers wanted to sell major properties before settlement and they wanted to attain all the property as was done by his fathers habit during 1992. My brothers parents hope that i will not enter the matter in the court against my family . In this is the situation please suggest the below and what can i do further

1) If My parents may write a will against me/without consulting my views ?

2) Without my signature my brothers and parents sell another property?

3) Without legal procedure can i have to claim my rights from Govenrnent bodies/married women rights forum if any ?

4) If my father without write any will who is the next ?

dear Madam ....

Married women do have equal right in the ancestrols property... you have full right to claim for your share in the property ... for this you need to file partition suit for the remaining properties....and as you have signed the sale document for the sale procedure so you can not file for its cancellation....

if any property being sold without ur consent shall be invalid and shall be null and void....
